    Simply book in for a Discovery Call or make an enquiry and we discuss your requirements and tailor a plan of attack that suits your situation.
  2. Share your Financial Position
    You will receive an email to our Client Centre. This is our secure portal where you upload your info/documents so we can review your position and get to work on finding the right solution for you.
  3. Recommendation and Solution
    You will meet with one of our expert mortgage brokers who will present you with your lending options and identify the best one to proceed with.
  4. Submit your Application
    Once we have your solution, we will prepare the relevant banks documents and processes to complete your application for final review and approval. Each bank is different, and we will present your application that best suits their requirements.
  5. Loan Approval
    Your loan is approved! You will hear from us with the exciting news and we will explain the next steps in completing your loan documents and prepare you for settlement.
  6. Settlement
    The big day! We will let you know once a date is confirmed so you can plan for the day. Once your new loan has settled we will confirm your loan details to endure you are ready for your first repayments.
